Chaparral’s Annual Silent Auction and Open House

Wednesday, April 17th 5:00-7:00 p.m.

This year, the PTA will be hosting it’s annual Silent Auction event to help raise funds for our programs like Art Masters, Ability Awareness, Family Fun Nights, Fast Feet Friday, Watch Dogs, Teacher Appreciation Week, Technology, Safety Improvements and the Library just to name a few! Please come take a look at all of our amazing auction baskets after you get to visit your child’s classroom. Food will be available for purchase! More details to come…

LIVE AUCTION: 5:00 – 7:00 pm

*All items go to the highest bidder at auction close, 7:00pm.

*We will accept cash, check, and credit cards. You do not need to be present to win.

*All proceeds will go towards funding Chaparral students’ educational programs and activities.

*Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult and will not be allowed to place bids.

If you own your own business or know someone who does, we are always looking for donations for our auction baskets. We have a variety of opportunities available. The auction baskets are always a HUGE hit for both parents and students and we could use your help to gather items that you yourself would purchase. So next time you are at your favorite restaurant, gym, or salon, consider asking them if they would like to donate to Chaparral.
